Fraktur online: family history details

German Fraktur are beautiful old images with family history information (actually Fraktur is a type of script, but it is also this type of art/family history).
There is a lovely collection online at the Free Library of Pennsylvania at http://libwww.freelibrary.org/fraktur/index.cfm, and if your family might have had one in that State, you may want to take a look. You can even enlarge each image to see the details. I found it absolutely fascinating, even without finding one ancestor of my own. The images are excellent. You can perform a search for a surname, such as Braun (three Fraktur exist for that name on the site), and  I recommend just finding a way to take a look at all of them, as they are beautiful, and an American treasure.
